I would like to start off saying that what works for others may not exactly work for you (or even me, for that matter), but it’s still a good idea to experiment to find out what that one thing that works for you is.
General Training Tips And Strategies
- Never skip a day in you’re training, unless you have a pretty good excuse to. Even then, you might want to start off with the body part(s) you missed when you start up again(better late then never). This way, you can help keep you’re training on a pretty good hand, instead of waiting a whole nother week to stimulate the musscles you didnt get to train that day(s).
